We Offer five gift card programs: POS Only Standard Gift Card, POS Only Custom Gift Card, Standard Clover Gift Card, Deluxe Clover Gift Card, and ZBS Custom Gift Card (Pax & Franchise). You may select the specific gift card program based upon your merchants' needs. Once a program is selected, please open a CRM ticket with the required documentation (as noted below).

  • The POS ONLY Standard Gift Card is a set style with no ability for design changes.

  • Cannot add the business name or any other business information on the card.

  • Minimum order: No minimum order​​

    • Cards can be reordered for a seamless merchant experience​

  • Gift card holder/envelope sold separately

  • Tax & shipping NOT included!

Standard Clover Gift Card

Clients may directly order standard Clover gift cards from their Clover online portal (Shown below, outlined in red)​​

  • Minimum order: 100 cards

  • Merchants can choose a template of gift card design from Clover online portal follow the instruction

  • Tax & shipping not included!

  • 2.5% per transaction fee for value load transaction​

Deluxe Clover Gift Card

| Deluxe Clover Gift Card

Clients may order custom designed Clover gift cards from their Clover online portal (Shown below, outlined in blue)​​.
They can request a gift card design of the card's front from ZBS POS Design/Marketing team.

  • Minimum order: 100 cards

  • Only the front of the cards can be designed by ZBS POS.

  • Customization options include:

    • Customized background ​

    • Merchants' business logo and other information on the front

    • Adding a QR Code on the front

  • Merchants need to fill ZBS POS Gift Card / TV Menu Order Form if they want us to design for them

    • Select GIFT CARD

    • Terminal Type: Clover  

    • Gift Card Design: Custom Design​

  • Tax & shipping not included!

  • 2.5% per transaction fee for value load transaction​

ZBS Custom Gift Card (Pax & Franchise)

  • A ZBS POS Gift Card / TV Menu Order Form needs to be filled before design

  • Merchants need to offer all the locations' information if the gift cards are for multi locations

    • The designer will create a merchant gift card account​

  • Monthly fee may applied (Check the price list above)

  • Customers can check the balance by themselves:

    • Visit getyourbalance.com​

    • Enter card number and PIN

    • Get the balance

  • Minimum order: 500 cards

    • Cards can be reordered for a seamless merchant experience​

  • Customization options include:

    • Front card design with the merchant's own logo​

    • "Gift Card" sign on the front

    • The merchant's business name and other information

Ordering Process

  • New Orders - include:

    • Lead application

    • Gift Card Order application​

    • Voided check/bank account info

  • Recorders - include:

    • Gift Card Order application​

  • Gift Cards for More than One Location - include:

    • Additional/multiple location information - send the information to Accounting Department and the designer​

    • Gift Card Order application

    • Voided check/bank account info (if needed)

    • Factor 4 Merchant account (Filled by the designer)

Attention! A POS Gift Card Order Form SHOULD be submitted to the Accounting Department! 
After the form is accepted by the Accounting Department, a ticket will be created in WPN/CRM. The designer CANNOT start design until the ticket shows that the merchant has made the payment.

Gift Card Transfer

| Gift Card Transfer

Cards can be reordered for a seamless merchant experience most of the time​. However, since we have changed the printing company since July 2021, it may cause disfunctions of the gift cards which were sold to merchants before July 2021.

  • If the old cards were printed by Factor 4: merchants can sell the cards as usual

  • If the old cards were printed by other third party printing company:

    • Cards are under normal service conditions if the cards were sold and have balance​

    • Cards cannot be used if the cards were NOT sold

      • These unsold cards can be reactivated if the merchants can provide an Excel file listing all the card IDs.​

      • $0.25 for each card's transfer
